We offer delivery across Kenya via reliable courier services or in-house transport.

Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment
Delivery Duration: 1–4 days depending on location
Delivery Fee: Varies by distance (quoted at checkout or on order confirmation)
Free Pickup: Available at our shop – Neo Petrol Station, Chogoria
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return initiated within 7 days of purchase
Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Original receipt must be provided
Non-returnable items:
Electrical parts
Custom-ordered items
Clearance/discounted items (unless defective)
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for eligible products. We reserve the right to approve or decline an exchange based on stock availability and inspection.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, a refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or store credit
Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
